Holiday delivery promise

Delivery by December 21st, 2026 is guaranteed for orders placed by December 10th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central. Orders placed after that cutoff are not guaranteed to arrive for the holiday. Full payment is collected when you place your preorder.

United States shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $8 for orders below $70.
• Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Two $50 bowls qualify.
• Express shipping: $15.

Shipping options and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before payment. We currently ship within the United States.

When your order is on its way

We email your tracking information when your order ships. Carrier transit time starts after dispatch. For eligible orders placed by the cutoff above, our holiday delivery promise applies to both standard and express shipping.

If your delivery is at risk of delay

If we learn that your delivery may be delayed, we will contact you before the promised delivery date with an update, or explain if a new date is not yet known. You may agree to wait or cancel for a full refund, including shipping and applicable tax. We will cancel and refund any unshipped order that you do not agree to keep beyond its promised date.

Cancellations, address changes, and delivery help

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. To cancel, correct your address, or get help with a missing or damaged delivery, email max@didthedogeat.com with your order number. Address changes must be requested before dispatch; once a parcel is with the carrier, we may be unable to reroute it.

The delivery promise accepted with an existing order remains in effect. Orders placed after the holiday cutoff are not covered by this holiday-delivery guarantee.
